The worker must be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations and policies related to public assistance programs. They must also be able to explain program requirements and benefits to clients. The worker must be able to accurately assess and document client information, and must be able to maintain accurate records. They must also be able to communicate effectively with clients, other staff, and outside agencies. Job Skills Required
