This includes determining eligibility for various public assistance programs, providing information and referrals, and processing applications and renewals. Detailed Job Description Income Maintenance Worker 2 is responsible for providing assistance to individuals and families in need of financial assistance. This includes determining eligibility for various public assistance programs, providing information and referrals, and processing applications and renewals. The worker must be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations and policies related to public assistance programs. They must also be able to explain program requirements and benefits to clients. The worker must be able to accurately assess and document client information, and must be able to maintain accurate records. They must also be able to communicate effectively with clients, other staff, and outside agencies. Job Skills Required
