High school diploma or GED

Pass background and drug screening

Previous web form/email experience preferred in a work-related environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com

Adhering to daily schedule responding to new leads and existing customers email inquiries

Having 10–15-minute scheduled video discovery calls with customers

Intermittent chat coverage as needed
