Intermediate level of experience in agency management system(s)

Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures. Responsible for keeping client policy records in the agency management system.

Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook

Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills

Sharp attention to detail, decision making skills, and problem resolution

Knowledge of risk management processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., risk qualification and analysis, risk metrics and thresholds, providing management responses)

Provide an advisory service to InfoSec Management for mitigating risks associated with InfoSec security assessments

Partner and liaise with other risk management teams, maintaining excellent relationships and providing transparency of information systems and security programs

2 – 4 years related experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience

Supports the development and execution of compliance assessments and testing of process based and automated controls
