Support and optimize product assortment, including gathering assets, product set-up, product information, category information, optimization, and website merchandising.

Provide guidance, recommendations, and coordinate merchandising changes for upcoming releases. Launch products/designs/collections per company and/or channel launch plan.

Financial & customer service knowledge and experience

Effectively manage assigned groups/tasks with supervision which consists of invoice reviews, payment reconciliation, managing suspense and cash reports

2+ years billing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Relationship building skills along with effective verbal, written and analytical skills

Daily billing administration responsible for day-to-day production, standard customer service interactions, Quality assurance control testing

Operate as the billing support team member responsible for creating invoices in the billing tool
