Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business and professional designation

10+ years of Sales Tax experience with a national public firm or equivalent experience in a large corporate tax department

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop top talent and motivate a team through a shared sense of purpose

Proven decision making and analytical/problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills advocating for tax matters both internally and with external auditors

Knowledge of Vertex, Avalara or similar tax software

Excellent knowledge and experience in risk assessment, threat detection, vulnerability and governance.

Protect data by defining access, identifying vulnerabilities, and applying cybersecurity best practices to mitigate risk.

5-10 years of IT Security experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a CISSP Certification.

Security+ certification preferred but not required.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills and/or PMP certification.

Follow client and Pinkerton procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices and the management of confidential information.

Manage data tracking and records retention practices in relation to standard operating procedures.

Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Able to appropriately manage highly sensitive information and access levels.

Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio, and G-Suite.

Experience developing both soft-skills and technical training

Experience and working knowledge of at least one rapid development tool (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate)

Demonstrated understanding of client relationship building and management

Provide Project and Task Management:

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of software used to develop products and services

Assure all deliverables are met annually for the development of new learning experience content

Knowledge of learning management systems; including uploading courses, testing, creating learning assignments, setting up notifications, and configuring reports.

Assist in managing content organization and tracking for project and learning management system execution.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.

Basic knowledge of learning technology and equipment used in video/audio, digital media, videoconferencing, etc
