Overview The Human Resources and Benefits Manager is responsible for managing the human resources and benefits functions of an organization. This includes overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, administering employee benefits, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing employee relations. Detailed Job Description The Human Resources and Benefits Manager is responsible for managing the human resources and benefits functions of an organization. This includes overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, administering employee benefits, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing employee relations. The Human Resources and Benefits Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, such as insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources and benefits management
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources and benefits management principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources and benefits management
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee relations
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
• Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation/sick leave
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors
