Human Resource Generalist Talent Acquisition is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. They are also responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers.

Detailed Job Description of Human Resource Generalist Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various methods such as job postings, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for the position.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including onboarding and orientation.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
