Hotel Front Desk Representative Jobs in Montana

Experience working with a computer, data entry, and multi-line phone systems preferred.

Ability to communicate in a courteous, professional manner with teammates, management, and guests.

Knowledge of hotel and guest service operations preferred.

Experience in cash handling and credit cards preferred.

Ensure the best possible experience for each guest, within the framework of Town Pump operating guidelines.

Complete all required company and brand specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner.

Knowledge and experience in using Birchstreet, HotSOS and Rex

Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:

Oversee the arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests expectations are exceeded at all times.

Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in customer service

Two (2) to three (3) years of hotel supervisory experience

Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur

Provide administrative and reception support to management and other team members

Utilize our proprietary software to manage internal operations and guest communication

Manage the guest check-in/check-out process while engaging with our guests

Manage all internal and external guest communication

Excellent guest service skills with a genuine desire to be helpful

Strong multi-tasking skills and creative thinking
