Work Experience: A minimum of two years of call center operations experience and two years of leading and/or supervisory experience required.

Applies effective leadership skills to facilitate growth and improvement within health education programming and services.

Knowledge of current teaching methods and pedagogy in Health Education, including the differentiation of instruction based upon student learning differences.

Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws regarding education and students.

Develops curriculum and supervises writing and revisions for Health Education grades K-12.

Complies with federal time and effort reporting requirements.

Knowledge of health/wellness promotion including equitable, inclusive, and diverse instructional practices based on student differences.

Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Science, Kinesiology, Human Factors, or a related field.

Minimum one (1) year of experience in Health and Wellness or related experience.

Creates and maintains membership files, databases, records, and other documents.

Maintains the online presence of the health and wellness team on various platforms.
