Health Majors with clinical experience, experienced EMTs, and/or other healthcare experience

Two years experience in a camp or youth-related environment

Language ability and cultural assessment skills

Collaborate with Village providers (RNs, MDs) & Village Deans to provide for the healthcare needs of staff and villagers

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Salary Range: CO, NY, CA, WA (based on Education, Work Experience, and Geographic Location)

Reviews documents and benefit changes to ensure both are in line with IRS compliance guidelines.

LOA administration and compliance – Liaison between vendor, associates, managers, HR COE’s to ensure compliance and resolve unique issues.

Manage the associate transition from leave of absence to potential job accommodation or long-term disability status.

Participates in the RFP process and assists with managing vendor benefit plan implementations.
