Health And Wellness Entrepreneur Jobs in Colorado

·Follow-up with older adults to meet needs identified by the Telephone Buddy and/or clients needing short-term counseling

·Recruitment, training, and placement of Telephone Buddies with older adults who want to receive phone calls regularly.

·Coordinate referrals for short-term counseling with mental health counselors

·Assist in program evaluation and regular reporting and monitoring of the program

Other staff as necessary and at Executive Director’s discretion

Must have a bachelor’s degree
