5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency desired.

Strong computer skills and experience with standard business database. Daxko experience a plus.

Other relevant YMCA Trainings for position, including Redwoods Risk Management within 30 days and Wellness specific within first 6 months.

Model relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interactions. Respond to all member and community inquiries and complaints in timely manner.

Develop, manage and monitor the Wellness operating budget to meet or exceed fiscal objectives.

Serve as Director on Duty/Manager on Duty as assigned.
