You have several years of experience in project management of large, complex, international projects, preferably in the intralogistics environment

You will lead the cross-regional project steering groups including escalation management

You have completed a technical education, e.g. a technical engineering degree (Bachelor, Master) or have adequate knowledge

You have knowledge of contracts and can lead negotiations with customers and suppliers together with other technical experts and lawyers

You are proficient in common MS Office applications and have SAP knowledge if possible

You will have a flexible office/work from home schedule

Top Management, Division Heads, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Human Resources etc.

Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transformation management.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

In order to further drive transformation, we need four complimentary capabilities in the TO.

To provide or support development of company-wide capabilities to support Transformation.

Experience with a Management Consulting firm a plus

5+ Years in Marketing including strategy, operations, audience management, channel management, content, and/or MarTech

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred and managerial experience

15+ Years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, and/or Digital

10+ Years of experience leading and driving transformation and/or strategic consulting

8-10+ Years of team leadership experience

Demonstrated experience in large scale change management activities

Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to influence without authority

Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development, preferably in clinical research, and/or monitoring clinical trials

Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation/development and large, cross-functional projects

Organizational awareness, including experience working cross-functionally and in global teams

Facilitate the cascade of USTMO priorities & objectives and summarize USTMO achievements for various meetings.

3. The ability to manage multiple projects and people, demonstrated experience in personnel management is essential.

6. Oversee the direction and management of project development from beginning to end.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management. Advanced degree preferred.

2. 10 or more years of related experience required, direct industry experience preferred.

3. Experience in managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating multi-million dollars, multi-country projects required.

2. Responsible for project scope, schedule and budget.

4+ years of management experience

Knowledge of risk management framework, including relevant policies, procedures, and programs.

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

Outstanding executive communication skills, including a demonstrated record of communicating complicated topics to senior executives.

Experience managing large-scale initiatives, preferably at one or more major financial services institutions.

JD, MBA, or other relevant advanced degrees and/or certifications.

Excellent people management skills, including managing global teams and partnering across functions.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization (executives, management, SMEs).

Excellent consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.

Minimum 15+ years post-masters experience leading SC Operations related business experience.

2+ years of experience in Planning enterprise leadership in the technology or hardware industry.

Extensive experience collaborating with CIO and IT Leadership.

Experience driving finance transformation – including introduction of Robotics/RPA, automation tools and capabilities and establishing COE’s for transactional work

Act as strategic finance leader and partner for two – three Vice President tower leaders within digital technology

Demonstrates COO mindset to Manager $1B+ Corp Operating Budget and Enterprise-wide IT investment portfolio and process which underlies Honeywell’s Digital Transformation

Instill a culture that emphasizes accountability and transparency among the finance team

Experience leading large and geographically dispersed global teams
