This position is based in Northbrook, IL. However, please note that the location for this role is flexible and not fixed to one geographic area. We welcome talents to apply from any global location. Purpose & Scope of Position:

There is a need to further build on the establishment of the Transformation Office (TO) in 2021 to grow this capability into a “Transformation Engine” which will drive successful cross-company transformation in its operating model to an improved level of cost, simplicity and agility to support achievement of the CSP2021 Goals.

In order to further drive transformation, we need four complimentary capabilities in the TO.

The role is responsible for leading and driving strategic transformation initiatives, or coordinating and supporting those initiatives led by CxOs, to enhance business performance and foster innovation. The role will work closely with the top management and division leaders to develop and implement transformation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, cross-company leadership, change management expertise, and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
