In order to further drive transformation, we need four complimentary capabilities in the TO.

To provide or support development of company-wide capabilities to support Transformation.

Executive leadership and management experience

Strong judgment and negotiation skills.

Operating experience and networks in the Global South

External representation experience and networks

§ Strong written and verbal communication skills

§ On-the-ground experience in the developing world

Prior project management or process management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.

Experience with data analytics and/or project management software tools.

Build and maintain relationships at all management levels of the corporation.

Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in and a college degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Expertise in process design, process improvement, and change management.

Experience with a Management Consulting firm a plus

5+ Years in Marketing including strategy, operations, audience management, channel management, content, and/or MarTech

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred and managerial experience

15+ Years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, and/or Digital

10+ Years of experience leading and driving transformation and/or strategic consulting

8-10+ Years of team leadership experience

Demonstrated experience in large scale change management activities

Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to influence without authority

Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development, preferably in clinical research, and/or monitoring clinical trials

Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation/development and large, cross-functional projects

Organizational awareness, including experience working cross-functionally and in global teams

Facilitate the cascade of USTMO priorities & objectives and summarize USTMO achievements for various meetings.

Previous experience with research-based product development

Experience driving finance transformation – including introduction of Robotics/RPA, automation tools and capabilities and establishing COE’s for transactional work

Act as strategic finance leader and partner for two – three Vice President tower leaders within digital technology

Demonstrates COO mindset to Manager $1B+ Corp Operating Budget and Enterprise-wide IT investment portfolio and process which underlies Honeywell’s Digital Transformation

Instill a culture that emphasizes accountability and transparency among the finance team

Experience leading large and geographically dispersed global teams

“Best in class” communication and influencing skills

Transform and lead campaign management function to drive speed and efficiency

Manage the risk and control function for marketing

10+ years of leadership experience in marketing strategy and transformation

15+ years post-graduate work experience

Experience in the financial services, home lending industries

Implement robust marketing strategies to connect offline and digital assets in priority local markets to gain market share across customer segments
