Job Description

We are in search of a bold, customer-obsessed, dynamic and omni-channel marketer who can develop, oversee and execute modern campaigns and transformative initiatives to engage and acquire households that are looking to finance a home and beyond. The successful candidate will report into the CMO of Chase Home Lending.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a culture carrier and thoughtful leader to attract, develop and retain top talent
  • Direct, coach and develop a large team of employees in multiple locations
  • Navigate a highly matrixed organization masterfully, building strong alliances and working with leaders across multiple functions to remove barriers for the team and empower high performance
  • Manage the risk and control function for marketing
  • Be focused on developing and driving a cohesive marketing strategy for Chase home lending for different personas and audiences, that is connected across Chase businesses with brand purpose
  • Diligently track results and progress against goals, and create actionable plans to drive business priorities
  • Engage in frequent and consistent communication with executive-level business leaders
  • Implement robust marketing strategies to connect offline and digital assets in priority local markets to gain market share across customer segments
  • Lead development of content strategy, plan and content across the homebuying journey for different personas and audiences across digital, branch and advisor channels
  • Transform and lead campaign management function to drive speed and efficiency

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing strategy and transformation
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives, challenges and competitive landscape
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the business model, products, and customers
  • Strategic thinker who is analytical, data oriented and create actionable plans
  • Ability to implement change and be proactive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Self-driven and capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • 15+ years post-graduate work experience
  • Experience in the financial services, home lending industries
