Multi-year experience in talent sourcing / acquisition in a top biotechnology or technology company recruiting across levels (entry-level to Director+)

Experience building or improving a recruiting process from sourcing to close.

Experience hiring in one of the following domains: computational biology, machine learning, cell & molecular biology, functional genomics, immunology.

Experience helping take a company from 0 to 1 in the Talent function.
