Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

Program management for both IT operations and solution implementation.

Oversee change management and communications as it relates to IT systems.

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of direct reports including succession planning.

Provide thought leadership relating industry best practices for subscription life cycle management.

Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice to provide solution oversight to short- & long-term roadmaps.

Engineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor’s) and 15+ years of relevant industry experience.

Leadership skills to lead and nurture global teams. Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization with business context.

Deep technical & functional hands-on experience in Salesforce, Oracle Apps, Zuora, AWS Cloud-Native, AI technologies, Middleware & APIs.

Experience setting up CI/CD and DevOps model for increasing IT agility and throughput.

Own budget forecast, management and actuals tracking for in-scope technology spend.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements including SOX, GxP, HIPAA and GDPR.

Partner with and manage 3rd party vendors for project delivery and operational managed services.

Closely manage and optimize license procurement and provisioning.

Lead and/or coordinate Managed Services and internal techno-functional resources.

10+ years IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in the Life Sciences industry.
