Knowledge of IT security, quality and risk management requirements relevant to assigned domain

Knowledge of best practices in IT or related project management, continuous improvements and change management

Oversees and manages or otherwise leads business / user requirements gathering / needs analysis

Oversees and manages or otherwise leads analysis for initial business case, resource requirements, categorization, and prioritization

Thorough knowledge of Agile and proven abilities to apply these to support IT solutions to meet business needs and objectives

Thorough knowledge of key programming languages and requirements relevant to assigned domain

Lead and manage multiple direct functional teams, as well cross functional teams to ensure the success of the Business Unit.

Manage and build high performance teams and local operational footprint to support the business future.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience which would include at least 3 years leading teams.

Minimum of 2 years experience in 1 of the following 3 areas: cross functional move, cross-organizational move, international experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
