Develop, implement, manage, and review the company's digital strategy in alignment with organizational values, business objectives, and priorities.

Solve problems with the needs of the end customer in mind, ensuring solutions enhance their experience.

Oversee the overall digital implementation plan, ensuring all solutions are effectively managed, delivered on time, and within cost.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Customer Service Management, and other ServiceNow modules.

Conduct pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, demos, and presentations, to effectively showcase our capabilities and win new business.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, or a related role, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of solution consultants or solution architects.

Demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.

Manage external partners to optimize and expand upon existing marketing activities, reporting on ongoing findings, shared industry learnings and best practices.

Proven business skills, including analytical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving/decision making and effective communication.

Experience developing and managing performance metrics.

International joint venture/franchise eCommerce experience a plus.

• Manage a team of over 20 with 7 direct reports and counting, located globally

5+ years of direct consulting experience or work in consulting-like areas like strategy, business planning, financial management
