They also oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Detailed Job Description Group Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives. They are responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, and training of staff, as well as overseeing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)

• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training processes
