Overview The Global Technology Change Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of technology changes across the organization. This includes managing the change process, developing and executing change plans, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. The Global Technology Change Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, business, and external partners. Detailed Job Description The Global Technology Change Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of technology changes across the organization. This includes managing the change process, developing and executing change plans, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. The Global Technology Change Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, business, and external partners.The Global Technology Change Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing change plans for technology changes
• Managing the change process, including stakeholder engagement and communication
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, business, and external partners
• Ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process
• Monitoring and reporting on progress and results
• Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the change process
Job Skills Required

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of IT systems and processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in change management, IT project management, or related field
• Experience in leading and managing technology change projects
• Experience in developing and executing change plans
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of IT systems and processes
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of business processes and operations
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in change management, IT project management, or related field
• Experience in leading and managing technology change projects
• Experience in developing and executing change plans
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
