Serve on institutional committees and working groups to enrich the experience and resources available to the transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse community.

A minimum of two years work experience in a related field is preferred.

Experience coordinating programs and initiatives related to sexuality, gender identity, and/or social justice broadly is strongly preferred.

10+ years of demonstrated experience designing projects and proposals in Gender Justice for USG donor agencies

Baseline knowledge of Gender Affirming Care services, programs, and targeted outreach.
