Coach and develop store team to offer an exceptional experience to our guests and VIPs centered around our customer service model

Ensure accountability and appropriate management of all day-to-day operational procedures, financial targets, and company policy standards in store

3-4 years of working in a high-volume retail environment with 2-3 years of direct leadership experience

Experience with and/or knowledge of behavioral economics and family psychology

Required: 5+ years industry experience in financial services or a related field, 10+ years preferred.

Required: 3-5 years of financial planning experience, 5+ years preferred

Demonstrated and extraordinary EQ skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients and their families

Demonstrated experience guiding and encouraging implementation of financial plans into appropriate solutions based on client goals

Experience communicating factors impacting the markets and the ability to present regular investment updates to clients and associates.

Be able to perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined by management.

Report any faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately to the manager.

Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Perform proper rotation of all food and beverage products upon receipt-first in first out mentality.

Properly handles and stores all chemicals received.

Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensure all kitchen and dining room equipment is clean, sanitary, and in good repair.

Maximizes productivity and captures customer opportunities through introduction of relevant product offerings/looks.

Sales experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations and goals.

Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain within Brand’s guidelines.

Ensures that the Customer remains the top priority and understands the importance exceptional service plays in growing store sales.

Two years full time experience in related work or equivalent.

Attend, guard and patrol assigned areas.

Responsible for the protection of displays, buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds in area of assignment.

Maintain order in the area of assignment and assist in the detection, ejection and/or apprehension of miscreants, undesirable and disorderly persons.

Maintain occupant safety as per NYC Certificate of Fitness for Public Assembly Safety Personnel (F-03).

Must be able to work daytime, evenings and holidays.

Experience working in a garden or farm preferred

Experience working outdoors and in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, precipitation, etc.)

Assist with general maintenance of the garden, outlying landscaped spaces, tools and supplies

General Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

Assists with maintenance of irrigation systems

At least 2 years of experience with personnel management or administrative work.

At least 2 years of experience with project management.

Oversees and manages the daily operations (grounds management, collection management, research, visitor center, administrative) of the Garden.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in horticulture and/or botany.

Performs horticultural tasks which include planting, pruning, fertilization, fencing, weed trimming and control, mowing, irrigation, and administering pesticide and herbicide treatments.

Plans and oversees the development and maintenance of Garden infrastructure including trails, landscaping, irrigation, buildings, and machinery.

Experience working as a dispatcher and/or in a security operations environment is a plus.

Monitor radio communication and log all incidents as they are called into Security Operations.

Good time management skills and an ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.

High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.

Thorough knowledge in administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen.

Knowledge about non potable water systems.

Experience working in sustainable design.

Some experience leading tours or public speaking is preferred
