Responsibilities

• Open work orders as they are called in during events and provide a summary of all incidents to the Building Operations Group regarding work order status.
• Monitor radio communication and log all incidents as they are called into Security Operations.
• Handle guest complaints in a calm, courteous, and respectful manner.
• Work closely with the Guest Experience Ambassador team to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with Ambassador duties as needed.
• Monitor all Guest Experience Channels (Fan Safe Hotline, Customer Service Email, Customer Service Phone Line) throughout events and ensure all incidents are documented 24/7 and guests’ inquiries receive a response in a timely manner.
• Escalate incoming Customer Service inquiries (Fan Text, Email, and Phone) to designated Guest Experience representative.
• Collaborate with Security Operations to ensure all work orders are communicated out and documented in the appropriate programs (Guest Experience Rep in 24/7; Security Ops in Vision) by end of the event.
• Be a subject matter expert on all things TD Garden.
• Close out open work orders as they are completed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights and weekends, a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar month.
• Experience working as a dispatcher and/or in a security operations environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions.
• Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Must be an outspoken person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clients.
• Must be willing to work under pressure to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner.
• Must be a positive individual who will always Think Guest and work hard to ensure unforgettable experiences.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to push or lift light weight objects.
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions.
• Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers.
• Must be able to use a radio with or without an earpiece.
