Assist with in-game social media responsibilities on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook

Assist with the arrival of all credentialed scouts and media to each Wolf Pack home game

AP style knowledge and experience;

Working toward bachelor’s degree from an accredited college majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Sports Management, or other relevant degree program.

Minimum of one-year relevant college experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or other relevant major

Strong work ethic and organizational skills

Knowledge of the Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Hustle and the NBA;

The Experience You Will Bring

Connect with event attendees and sell ticket pricing, packages, and fan experiences.

Plan and research organizations in the Inland Empire to attend

Attend community events and run Ontario Clippers activations

Connect with event attendees and educate them about the Ontario Clippers.

Assist with set up and take down of activation equipment.

Select contestants for on-court/in-stand contests and promotions

Serve as the game day manager for assigned Olympic Sports.

Minimum of three years experience in athletic game-day operations at NCAA Division 1 level

Experience working with or managing student and/or game day staff

Experience in a customer service capacity

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Facilitating on-court fan experiences before, during, and after games.

You have at least 1 season or 1-year experience working in a game or event atmosphere.

You possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.

You demonstrate creative problem solving and decision-making skills.

Escorting groups from loading dock to event areas.

Retrieving entertainment equipment from storage, setting up in event area, and returning to storage.

During the event, you will:

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

General NBA and basketball knowledge preferred

The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.

RESPONSIBILITIES Include But Are Not Limited To

Assist the Director/Coordinator with game day notes for host, DJ, production, entertainment, etc.

August 22nd and August 23rd,

● Minimum of three years’ experience leading mission-critical operations, preferably in a sports-related venue environment..

● People leadership experience, preferably in the operations space.

● Solid communication skills (including public speaking) and overall comfort engaging with clients, press, and public figures.

● Responsible for recruiting, motivating, and training Game Operations team members, including Greenskeepers.

● Serve as the resident expert on all software platforms and technology related to Game Operations.

● Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

Support and manage any applicable Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities in conjunction with the Ignite Sports & Entertainment Finance Team

Superior communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and time-management skills are mandatory

BS degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant field

Participate in all weekly team meetings and supply input, ideas and experience where needed

Sales goals and expectations will be set at a later date, based on capabilities and ability to balance workload

Proven work experience and established successful track record in sales and operations, or similar role
