Join JPMorgan Chase as a Business Support Analyst and play a pivotal role in supporting leaders with their business needs.
As a Business Support Analyst in the Business Support Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Corporate & Investment Bank's senior management team with various business functions. You will leverage your excellent customer service skills to build relationships with leadership and help bring tasks to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the success of the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Act as a conduit to Corporate & Investment Bank & Corporate Real Estate teams; provide maintenance of floor plans, move management, review of cost allocations / cost centers
- Act as a project management liaison for technology and facility upgrades
- Participate in Real Estate coordination: space planning, move management, location strategy, and headcount reports
- Control and monitor discretionary expenses, ensuring cost effectiveness and increased productivity
- Review certification of Physical Floor Access & Provide Business Continuity planning support
- Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes
- Manage the on/off boarding on new hires, summer interns, and employees, transfers in/out of employees in the business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a business support/client facing function
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
- Independent problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
