Act as a brand ambassador when discussing Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process with customers

Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure the quality of the customer orders within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas.

Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totes

Pick and pack customer orders in an ambient, chill, or freezer environment

Assist in the loading or moving process of customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center

- Certification as a forest therapy guide or nature immersion therapist, or substantial experience in the field.

- Knowledge and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions in a virtual environment.

- A degree in Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Expert knowledge in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, investment banking and/or strategic consulting preferably within an international and corporate environment.

Strong ability in stakeholder management

Salary$55,000 - $86,000 p/year DOE

10+ years of experience in forest management, conservation, or related field.

Experience in project management, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Leverage recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of leadership, development partners, and industry standards groups.

Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of engineering design innovation and excellence.

Develop and manage budgets and resource allocations for forest-related initiatives.

Knowledge of forest restoration and conservation practices, including relevant laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in natural resource management or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience or knowledge of forest management plan development.

Knowledge of forest management, conservation practices and conservation science.

Communicates program details to family forest landowners, completes forest inventories to determine program eligibility and develops management plans for enrolled landowners.

Ability to explain forest management practices to non-technical audiences.

Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.

Develop and enforce contract specifications and provisions related to urban forest management

Certification as a Certified Arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

Holder of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ).

Training and Experience Evaluation - 100%

Responds to urban forest emergencies.

Diagnoses and evaluates the health of trees and proposes recommendations to treat diseased trees.

Own project data management, ingestion, and upload

Knowledge of forest carbon methodologies and carbon principles

Excellent written and verbal communication and visual presentation skills

Experience coding in Python a plus

Communicate evaluation and monitoring results with internal stakeholders

Perform Pachama quarterly monitoring of forest projects including analyzing data, deriving insights, uploading data and results, and communicating details

Compensation packages start with a solid base salary of between $143,000 and $156,000 annually, plus commission/performance bonuses

Intermediate to advanced computers skills, especially Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word experience is required). Advanced spreadsheet management preferred.

Main duties include forest data management, identification and assessment of tree allometry, forest inventories, and field protocol development.

Assist with forest carbon accounting, including data management, model parameterization and forest biomass and carbon stock calculation.

Proficient communication skills, organized, thorough and highly detail oriented. Ability to prioritize manage workload independently.

At least 3 years of practical working experience working in REDD+, forest/wildlife conservation, forestry, or other natural science-based position.

Knowledge and use of standard forestry equipment.
