As a valued member of the team, you’ll play an integral role in driving the growth and success of the practice. The business operates from Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays, providing flexibility and work-life balance. You can choose to work either part-time or full-time, depending on your personal and professional goals.
You'll be rewarded with the following:
  • All practice-related insurance paid
  • Three weeks of paid time off
  • AOA, Eastern District dues paid
  • 401K packages with 4% matching
  • Compensation packages start with a solid base salary of between $143,000 and $156,000 annually, plus commission/performance bonuses
  • Uniform allowance
  • Seven paid holidays
