8 + years’ experience in television post production.

Must have a positive attitude and great communication skills.

Preferred experience and familiarity with Apple Final Cut X, Adobe After Effects and AVID.

Must have expertise in technical specifications utilized for broadcast, cable distribution, OTT distribution and various social media platforms.

Must possess expertise in Adobe Premiere and Blackmagic Davinci Resolve (including color grading within both tools).

Deburring and softening edges to safety from fabrication processes

Cleaning material buildup from brazing brass

Cleaning brass surfaces and preparing the material to receive finishes

Quality checking against control samples and drawings

Become familiar with Allied Maker 100+ designs and 500+ metal parts.

Recommend and implement process improvements with management and engineering support as needed.

Collaborate with the team on projects, exchanging ideas and contributing skills.

Complete assigned tasks following SOPs, prints, and work instructions

Operate production equipment for deburr, finishing, and cleaning tasks.

Perform packaging and other required duties.

Conduct in-process checks using measuring devices and report defects to the supervisor.

Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.

Ability to work with and influence peers and management.

2+ years of previous finishing experience preferred

Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).

Interprets drawings or assembly instructions provided to assemble parts or assemblies into units.

Positions and aligns parts for assembly.

Strong leadership skills to take on tasks and see them through with minimal management.

Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Higher education degree is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine operations with folder gluer machines in the corrugated industry.

Knowledge of Specialty Folder Gluers (including knowledge of corrugated displays, 4-corner trays, z folds, and auto-lock bottom boxes).

Thorough understanding of equipment functions and capabilities that can be translated to efficient operation.

Continually keeps machine feed filled with paper cartons while machine is running

Picks up cartons from conveyor and stacks it into cases

Check cartons for quality and excessive glue

Able to clear the line when machine gets jammed with the Carton Pack
