Job Description

The Manager of Finishing and Personalization supervises a team of craftspeople and is responsible for day-to-day operations as they pertain to the finishing, personalization and silver repair/alteration of new and client owned merchandise. The Manager is responsible for meeting established performance goals and manages the performance of the team members. The Manager supports Tiffany Retail, and the Tiffany experience for clients, through effective execution of repair/alteration orders. The Manager acts as a subject matter expert and provides consultation to the company relating to product, repair tooling, equipment, technical abilities and shop safety.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed, including possible weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and provide resolution for areas of improvement
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities and shift tasks to meet daily business needs
  • Ability to inspire trust, fairness, integrity, and professionalism with staff members
  • Detail oriented ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Systems skills including proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • High ability to collaborate, build strong business relations and influence without direct authority
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an operations management or similar leadership role
  • Financial competence and ability to understand expense statements

The hiring range for this position ranges from $107,000 - $151,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
