Fine Dining Kitchen Manager Jobs in Washington

Collaborate with the executive chef, onsite management team and Assistant Director in the implementation of menus and services.

Minimum of two years of supervision of staff and management in the food service industry.

Administer consistent skill-based and compliance training content for new and existing staff, including food safety, FSS, PCI compliance and workplace safety.

Maintain visibility and accessibility with customers, building managers and staff members (during meal period 90% on floor, 10% in office).

Create, manage and adjust staffing schedules to meet daily production and service needs.

Provides guidance to direct reports on requirements and/or opportunities for learning and professional development.

Experience in a college/university student customer base.

A satisfactory outcome from the employment reference check processes and education verification.

ServSafe certification within three months of hire and maintenance of certificate.
