Create prints to meet all customer requirements.

Handle incoming mail and match remittance information with checks

Organize, validate, code, enter, scan, and index invoices and company expense reports

Match invoices and credits with reconciliation paperwork

Entering data, preparing uploads, and other miscellaneous batch entry work, as needed

Primarily assist with the Content department with social content creation, video and sound editing, and show prep

Collaborate with the Marketing department on event planning, set-up and execution, and event breakdown

Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events

Software/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, SQL, and some knowledge of statistical analysis. Tableau experience is preferred but not required.

Help the BI team with project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.

Assist the department with consumer insights research by analyzing survey data and researching third-party syndicated research data.

Assist the Business Strategy department with other duties as assigned.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Manage, track, and update the day-to-day client tasks within your respective teams

Current enrollment in a Communications, Marketing or related educational field
