Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Intelligence and Business Solutions teams to validate the accuracy of data in reports and in our data warehouse compared to source systems.
• Assist the BI team in reporting and analysis of data related to ticket inventory and pricing, customer demographics and behavior, retail, digital marketing, and other lines of business for TD Garden.
• Assist the department with consumer insights research by analyzing survey data and researching third-party syndicated research data.
• Assist the Business Strategy department with other duties as assigned.
• Help the BI team with project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of our internal stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Software/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, SQL, and some knowledge of statistical analysis. Tableau experience is preferred but not required.
