Fall Internship Jobs in Ohio

Obtain copies of invoices for customers and assist with data entry and updates

Proficient with MS Office Tools and strong knowledge of Windows PC

Handle incoming mail and match remittance information with checks

Organize, validate, code, enter, scan, and index invoices and company expense reports

Match invoices and credits with reconciliation paperwork

Entering data, preparing uploads, and other miscellaneous batch entry work, as needed

Relevant internship, full-time, or pro-bono experience is advantageous (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, innovation management, venture capital, other financial services)

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Ability to thrive in a relatively unstructured environment. Must have high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to self-motivate and self-manage.
