2+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, benchmarking, and delivering verbal and written presentations of operational recommendations for improvement

1+ years of experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, large, dispersed client sales organization

Knowledge of Six Sigma and related business process re-engineering strategies

Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills

This position requires 75% travel, which may include international with passport required

8 years of experience with lean manufacturing in the food and beverage industry

Working knowledge of concepts, such as TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.

Demonstrated leadership skills in a relevant discipline, adaptable to change, and quick to learn.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Line operations experience working in a production or supply chain environment: Production supervision, materials, sourcing, distribution, logistics, planning, quality, or service

Experience in demand flow principles and plan for every part (PFEP) methodology
