Continuous Improvement Manager Jobs

BlackRock Resources is seeking candidates for a Continuous Improvement Manager opportunity with our food manufacturing client in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with lean manufacturing in the food and beverage industry
• Ability to develop programs from scratch and build from the ground up.
• BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a relevant discipline, adaptable to change, and quick to learn.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Builds cohesive teams and serves as a role model in coaching and championing change.
• Strong drive for operational excellence and business results, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of concepts, such as TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, actively listening, facilitating, challenging, communicating, and motivating multifunctional teams and employees at all levels of the organization.
