Compensation: $120K - $150K + 15% bonus + 9% 401k matching + great benefits and full relocation and tuition reimbursement

Location: Near Modesto, CA

Responsibilities:

• Ensure lean principles are being sustained in all areas.
• Analyze key data components (i.e, Costs, FTEs, KPIs, etc.) to help with fact-based decision making
• Facilitate the Site's strategic initiatives for the plant operations to identify, plan and execute CI with respect to people, practices, and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Enculturate associates through hands-on mentoring.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of opportunities where process redesign/improvement can deliver improvements.
• Direct problem-solving teams and kaizen events to improve operating performance
• Advise Management of strategy deployment targets to improve.
• Create and promote a lean culture leading the cultural shift to manage through process improvement.
• Act as SME and leadership on TPM best practices.
• Support a plant/ operation culture that promotes involvement, communication, expectations and accountability and a passion for excellence.
• Instill a “hands-on,” systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Facilitate and react to non-routine and crisis situations.
• Coordinate and support plant 5S initiatives

Requirements:

• BA/BS required, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3+ yrs Continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment - TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and related process improvement systems.
• 2+ yrs experience leading, guiding, and mentoring teams and individuals.
