Detailed Job Description The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and upkeep. This includes inspecting and maintaining all equipment, systems, and structures; ensuring that all safety and health regulations are met; and managing a team of maintenance staff. The Facility Maintenance Manager is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
