This includes ensuring that all equipment, systems, and structures are in good working order and that all safety and health regulations are met. The Facility Maintenance Manager is also responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and upkeep. This includes inspecting and maintaining all equipment, systems, and structures; ensuring that all safety and health regulations are met; and managing a team of maintenance staff. The Facility Maintenance Manager is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
