Facility Maintenance Specialist Jobs

The Kerner Group is seeking self-motivated Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our Team.

We have 13 commercial Properties which require annual maintenance. The position entails maintaining the facilities as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3-year Experience in the commercial facility maintenance or contractor trade.

Reliable transportation

Consistent and reliable attendance

Physical Demands and Capability – Essential Job Functions

• Capable of operating a variety of machinery and equipment
• Ability to push, carry, lift and pull objects as well as bend, squat, crawl and climb repeatedly.
• Ability to work while standing, sitting, or laying down.
• Specific vision abilities required include ability to adjust focus and to differentiate between colors and shades of color.
• The ability to make small repairs to the facilities to include minor wood repair, plumbing repair, grounds care, changing light bulbs, etc.
• Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• Ability to maneuver in tight spaces.

Salary Commensurate with Experience. $21-$25 per hour
