Understand the company’s TA and Onboarding process, identify ways to improve the process and partners to implement changed that improve efficiency/experience.

Knowledge of Oregon Pay Equity Act requirements

Manages, trains, coaches and mentors’ talent acquisition team on recruitment-related policies and practices including civil service process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Full Performance)

Manage vendor relationships monitoring service requirements, delivery and administration of outsourced and third-party vendor relationships/contracts.

Thorough knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and requirements pertaining to administration of assigned programs or functions.

Demonstrated skill and knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS) and the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates using multiple platforms.

Develops, executes, and manages recruitment team metrics. Motivates team members to meet and exceed goals.

Thorough knowledge of human resources law, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and memoranda of understanding.

Five years of strong senior/executive level on-air talent support experience required

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) a must.

Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to manage many projects/tasks at once with ease and poise

Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills are required

Ability to quickly learn and quickly adapt to change

Must be willing to be on-call on a 24x7 basis, reachable by mobile phone

Partner with individual members of Corporate & Executive Management to determine and address both group and individual management development requirements

Support multi functions as a facilitator to Executive, General Managers, and Managers with the implementation of development plans

Analyze existing managerial succession bench-strength and deliver strategic staffing analysis and action plans to increase diversity and mitigate succession risk

Perform analysis, make evaluations and recommend solutions to HR issues pertaining to professional, manager and executive-level development and presents actionable recommendations

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in managerial/ behavioral sciences

Have at least 12 years' experience in the field

High School Diploma/GED And at least five years of full time relevant work experience

Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess a can-do attitude and should be an independent worker who is self-motivated. Required

Proficient in computer applications MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint (required). Visio experience is preferred. Required
