Responsibilities leading and directing construction projects - $80MN-$200MN.

Function as sounding-board for the Project Team - daily/weekly issues

Communicate with the executive team on critical items

$1.8BN Project Volume per annum

All financial and profitability aspects of projects will be under your jurisdiction

Complies with accounting policies and procedures

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience

Overall management of the operations and administration of assigned projects with bottom line profit accountability.

• Able to perform all essential Senior Project Manager responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate management reports, including “Jobs in Progress.”

• Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating)

NOTE: this opportunity is long-term, remote, and working primarily on the owner/developer side of the construction industry.

· Must have experience in design, real estate, and/or the entitlement process

every major city in Texas, as well as Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio.

· 15+ years in the commercial construction industry with progressive growth in your career

· College degree in construction or related field preferred

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.

Client and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.

Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and address contractual issues.

Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Provide project management support related to implementation of clinical evidence-based best practices.

Expert at stakeholder management and engagement with both strategic and operational elements of the enterprise.

Demonstrated experience in effectively managing 5 or more projects simultaneously, including on-time delivery and benefit realization using sound decision making.

Collaborate with other team members, clinical leaders, informatics specialists, data analysts, finance specialists.

Solid influencing skills. • Sound business and technical acumen.

Demonstrated problem solving skills working in a complex, highly matrixed organization.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, HVAC-R technical certification, or equivalent relevant business experience required.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook required. Experience with Salesforce, including Opportunity Management preferred.

Generate, develop & effectively manage lead pipeline

Oversee Project Manager implementing project through to close out and final payment

Contribute to Aeroseal's Continual Improvement Process to optimize and expand Aeroseal's solution offerings

Five (5) years of experience with a mechanical or general construction contractor, engineering firm or market related vendor required.

Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management

Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Stick frame construction experience required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Complete oversight of the Construction Team

10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Experience managing complex projects in a highly dynamic and fluid environment with multiple stakeholders

Rockstar Microsoft Office skills (e.g., lead the creation of executive presentations, financial statements, projection models, etc.)

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to form deep and trusted relationships across different companies and functions

Solve problems and create value to advance the execution of IFG and its OpCos’ strategic plans.

Support the SNV Director(s) to flawlessly execute a variety of projects.

Partner with OpCo business leaders and project leads on various IFG-supported projects.
