MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience

Overall management of the operations and administration of assigned projects with bottom line profit accountability.

• Able to perform all essential Senior Project Manager responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate management reports, including “Jobs in Progress.”

• Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating)

Provide project management support related to implementation of clinical evidence-based best practices.

Expert at stakeholder management and engagement with both strategic and operational elements of the enterprise.

Demonstrated experience in effectively managing 5 or more projects simultaneously, including on-time delivery and benefit realization using sound decision making.

Collaborate with other team members, clinical leaders, informatics specialists, data analysts, finance specialists.

Solid influencing skills. • Sound business and technical acumen.

Demonstrated problem solving skills working in a complex, highly matrixed organization.
