This opportunity is a very unique one as it offers that successful construction manager the chance to move to the owner/developer side of the industry and work for a comprehensive project management services firm with an overall excellent reputation for quality and long-term relationships. They have been in business since 2005, are headquartered in Austin, Texas and focus primarily on education, corporate, government, non-profit, and interiors. This person would ideally be based in Orlando and assist clients in central Florida.

Their project management services include programming, real estate assessment, planning, budgeting, design management, and construction management. With extensive experience effectively directing architects, consultants, and contractors on a continuous basis. They have projects in every major city in Texas, as well as Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio.

NOTE: this opportunity is long-term, remote, and working primarily on the owner/developer side of the construction industry.

Below are the requirements for this role:

· 15+ years in the commercial construction industry with progressive growth in your career

· College degree in construction or related field preferred

· Must have experience in design, real estate, and/or the entitlement process

· Ability to deal directly with clients and lead the process
