Conduct quarterly reporting requirements to local senior management, Segment & Corporate

Provide strong auditing skills enabling the Division to meet its control testing requirements

Coordinate findings with department Management to ensure accurate reporting, proper remediation plans, and execution is instituted

Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

2+ years’ experience in Government Finance within the Defense industry

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Excellent analytical skills and computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Audit law firms within the legal network for client and regulatory compliance

Compile data from the law firms and perform reviews for accuracy and compliant work efforts

Review updates of policies and procedures and confirm law firms are complying with updates

Education/ Certifications/or Equivalent combination of education training and experience:

Provide regular data management and reporting to leadership on volunteerism progress.

Leverage the grants management platform to streamline processes.

Administer department budget, including management of financial requests and coordination of supportive documentation needed to process company donations.

Spearhead an ongoing volunteer communication campaign, in close partnership with the Foundation Manager and Communications team.

Support the creation of a skills-based volunteering program.

Drive forward special projects that further the goals of the ESG & Impact practice.

Assist with tracking activities of influential industry associations, NGOs, and other groups active in the ESG & Impact space.

Attend and report back on select ESG & Impact webinars and conferences.

MS Office software proficiency, with expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are required.

5 + years of experience with sustainability

Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, business, economics, engineering, or sustainability

Experience in ESG data management and narrative preparation for ESG reports and disclosures preferred.

0-4 years of experience in Environmental Social and Governance, Communications, or a related discipline or education

Strong organizational skills/attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, especially writing for key audiences (investors, customers, etc.)

Experience working with a global team, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders around the world.

Assist with the development of the company’s annual ESG report as well as other communications and disclosure channels.

Understanding of business management systems (environmental, health and safety and enterprise risk)

5 + years of experience with sustainability

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

Understanding of ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD etc.) Experience with ESG ratings and rankings, such as MSCI and Sustainalytics

Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, business, economics, engineering, or sustainability

Background working directly in corporate ESG/sustainability or ESG consulting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Note: Experience is considered professional if the job requires a bachelor's degree.

Alternative and Remote Work Schedules:

Possession of a bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester (36 term) credits in accounting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with all levels of management.

Education: BA/BS; Discipline: Finance, Accounting, Environmental Studies, Sustainability Studies.

Data analysis experience and data visualization skills using data analytics tools a plus (Spotfire and Tableau preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of diversified experience.

Type of industry/organizations: Big 4 public accounting and/or multi-national internal auditing required; international experience a plus.

Experience identifying controls as well as developing and executing test plans.
