Job Summary:

The Audit Specialist audits network law firms and assists with other tasks to ensure the law firms comply with legal and client requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical skills and computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Review updates of policies and procedures and confirm law firms are complying with updates
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ensure timely handling of client requests and deliverables
  • Collaborate with the team to develop audit procedure enhancements and efficiencies as needed
    • Act as a liaison with the clients to escalate and resolve findings timely
    • Audit law firms within the legal network for client and regulatory compliance
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Compile data from the law firms and perform reviews for accuracy and compliant work efforts
