ERP ADMINISTRATOR - MOSTLY ONSITE

Provides information to management and external resources for audit purposes.

Experience in a Higher Education environment specifically using Ellucian Banner or PeopleSoft

Oral and written communications, excellent interpersonal, communications, collaborative and negotiating skills

Maintains/Manages user access to Student ERP (Ellucian Banner). Provision and disable accounts on an as-needed basis.

Manages the annual security review process and assist with audit compliance requests.

1 year related experience in a customer service environment providing solutions and problem resolution

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relational database, theories, principles, and practices.

Working knowledge of UniData DBMS is desirable.

Experience coding in Zoho Deluge environment desirable

Experience Administering Zoho ONE environment

Proven experience coding in most popular languages like JavaScript, is a plus

Basic but Solid Knowledge of Excel, HTML, CSS

Proven understanding of processes and their dependencies within an ERP application such as financial, purchasing, inventory management, and manufacturing operations

Manage and maintain system security including user profiles and role-based access

Implement and manage additional ancillary resources associated with the ERP system

Infor M3 system administration experience desirable

Experience developing and managing API-based integrations

General knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure
