We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a Mid-level or Senior Business Analyst to join our Kentucky team and assist with a project to upgrade an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for a large public sector client.


This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment on technology systems. We take an innovative approach to supporting our clients working side-by-side in a collaborative environment modernizing existing technology.

Your future duties and responsibilities


How you’ll make an impact


  • Identify and understand customer expectations, study existing business processes,


program, and legacy system


  • Communicate key insights and findings to the product team by translating and


simplifying the requirements


  • Help design documents and maintain system processes
  • Perform a functional analysis of existing systems/applications and document
  • Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements
  • Configure the product to support business needs
  • Perform system testing
  • Understand Business/Operational and IT Systems Analysis & Integration

  • Interact with both Business Partners and/or end-users as well as programmers, IT

  • Production support and troubleshooting of a Java based enterprise system
  • Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind


Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role


Required qualifications to be successful in this role


  • 5+ years of experience as Business analyst / Functional analyst or a similar role
  • Experience in all facets of the IT project lifecycle, including system analysis, design,
  • Experience with ERP systems or large-scale implementation projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline


and testing


  • Experience building and maintaining complex systems, with an aptitude for


troubleshooting


  • Experience in data analysis and data visualization to draw business-relevant


conclusions


  • Experience in Report development and testing (Power BI, Business Objects) and
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with creating a detailed report and giving presentations
  • Expertise in planning and conducting facilitative sessions for requirements gathering
  • Experience with SQL
  • Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role


Interface development and testing


  • Experience in designing and developing web portal pages


Desired Qualifications


  • Knowledge of ERP and Financial Accounting systems
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of State Government

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $48,400 - $123,800”
